Before Your School Program
Confirmation
If you have a reservation for a Crissy Field Center school program, you will receive a confirmation packet 6-8 weeks before your program date. This packet will include:
* a letter outlining important logistical information;
* a packet with program details and topic-specific resources for you and your students;
* driving and/or public transportation information;
* a map.

On the Day of Your Program
Attire
Please ask students and chaperones to dress appropriately for walking outdoors and getting messy and to be prepared for all kinds of weather.

Arrival
Staff from the Crissy Field Center will greet you on the steps in front of the building. We will happily provide nametags for your students, but you can save time by giving them nametags before you arrive. Late groups will be accommodated but one or more activities may be omitted from your program.

Lunch
Please have your students bring a bag lunch. There will be a scheduled lunch break during your program.

Chaperones
We do not require a specific student-to-chaperone ratio but the active assistance of adult chaperones will be very helpful during your program. We will ask chaperones to spread themselves out among the students to answer questions, distribute supplies, and manage safety (particularly when crossing the street).
