The Institute is pleased to offer nonprofit organizations and government agencies, educational institutions and qualifying businesses the opportunity to hold their own events in the heart of a national park. Offering one of the largest green meeting spaces in the San Francisco Bay Area, Cavallo Point embodies the best in historic preservation and environmental sustainability. The 45-acre environmentally friendly campus surrounds a grassy parade ground that can be used for special events, with lodging, meeting space and program centers within easy walking distance.

Through a special arrangement with the National Park Service, qualifying groups can receive the Institute's Complete Meeting Package rate, a special rate for accommodations, meeting space, catering, and basic meeting equipment at Cavallo Point.
All organizations interested in receiving this rate must:

• Be a nonprofit group or government agency or educational institution. (Businesses may be eligible for the special rate; please contact the Institute at (415) 339-4788 to discuss eligibility.)
• Conduct a conference, meeting or event that aligns with the Institute’s mission, has broad potential for impact and serves a diverse audience
• Commit to widely disseminating conference outcomes and results via the Institute web site
• Select a date between November 1 and April 30 (holiday weekends excluded)
• Submit a Program Qualification Application

Availability of the special rate is limited and subject to Institute approval.
